4. Prescription Scanning

OCR results are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies
Always verify scanned medicine names with the original prescription
MedRush does not guarantee 100% accuracy of prescription recognition
You are responsible for confirming all medicine details before purchase

5. Medicine Information

All medicine data displayed (names, prices, manufacturers, availability) is for informational purposes only. Actual availability and prices may vary by pharmacy and location. Medicine data shown is based on commonly available Indian pharmaceutical products.

6. Emergency Services

MedRush provides quick access to emergency numbers (108, 100, 112, 1066) and nearby hospital navigation. However, MedRush is not a substitute for emergency services. In case of a medical emergency, always call your local emergency number immediately.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All account data is stored locally in your browser
You may delete your account at any time by clearing browser data
One account per email address

8. Limitation of Liability

MedRush is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to medical decisions made based on information provided by MedRush.
